Recommended dosage:

Arginin HCL oder AAKG – was ist der Unterschied?

Beide Formen liefern L-Arginin. Bei HCL ist es an Salzsäure gebunden, bei AAKG an Alpha-Ketoglutarat. MST bietet beide Varianten an.

Wie nehme ich MST® Arginine AAKG ein?

1 Kapsel mit reichlich Flüssigkeit (300 ml), vorzugsweise vor dem Training. An Tagen ohne Training 1 Kapsel morgens nach dem Aufstehen oder abends vor dem Schlafengehen. Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrsmenge darf nicht überschritten werden. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind kein Ersatz für eine ausgewogene und abwechslungsreiche Ernährung und eine gesunde Lebensweise.
